Paintings expo "kjell sporrong"
Swedish artist Kjell Sporrong exhibits his paintings at the Casa de Las Tejerinas
The opening of the exhibition will take place this Friday, October 15, at 6:00 p.m., and can be visited until November 17, with free access.
The Estepona City Council informs that Room 1 of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in the Plaza de las Flores, will host from this Friday, October 15, at 6:00 p.m., a new exhibition of paintings by the Swedish artist Kjell Sporrong.
The sample consists of twenty-six works made in different techniques and of different sizes, and can be visited until November 17 from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with free access.
Kjell Ove Sporrong was born in 1962, in Stockholm (Sweden), and lives and works on the Costa del Sol.
From a very young age, he began exploring different creative paths, such as music, fashion design and painting. He first studied for six years at the Stockholm School of Music, then turned to fashion design; He was trained in his city and later in New York, where he worked for various companies.
Regarding his pictorial side, he received classes from the artist Joy Fahey, in Mijas, which resulted in an exhibition in Cómpeta, last year, and has participated together with other artists in the Frigiliana Art Route, in the last two editions .
