In the words of the author: "it is a book to restore hope to human beings."

Alonso Collado Bracho (Estepona, 18 September 1983) began his academic training at the age of four at the Colegio San José, where he studied until he finished high school. He later moved to La Línea de la Concepción to obtain his diploma in Physical Education Teaching at the Virgen de Europa University School.

Although his recent professional career has focused on commercial management within the construction sector, both in multinational and provincial companies, Alonso feels that the time has come to return to his true vocation: training and teaching. With a personal project in development, he aspires to share his passion with people of all ages through various methodologies.

His interest in personal development has led him to train as an integrative coach and specialist in conscious eating, as well as to start in biodecoding.

He is an avid reader with an insatiable curiosity. His non-conformist spirit drives him to explore new ideas and perspectives, and to delve deeper into topics such as quantum physics.
