The best tattoo artists on the national and international scene will meet in March at the X ExpoTattoo Estepona
The event will be held on March 7, 8 and 9 at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos and, like every edition, will be charitable. This year it will raise funds for the Association of Pediatric Oncology Volunteers of the Maternal and Child Hospital of Malaga (AVOI)
Estepona Town Hall announces that the 10th ExpoTattoo will bring together more than 120 national and international tattoo artists from countries such as Colombia, England, France, Brazil, Venezuela, the Czech Republic and Romania on 7, 8 and 9 March at the Exhibition and Congress Palace. This year's guest artist will be the Jerez tattoo artist Miguel Morales.
ExpoTattoo is organised by Art-Tattoo Estepona, in collaboration with Estepona Town Hall. The Councillor for Youth, Julia Simón, has valued the fact that the municipality is once again hosting this meeting of tattoo artists, as it has established itself as one of the three most important tattoo events on the national scene, reaping significant success. In addition, it is worth highlighting the charitable nature of this event, which this year will once again raise funds for the Association of Children's Oncology Volunteers at the Malaga Maternity Hospital (AVOI). For his part, the coordinator of the event, Antonio Guerrero, has explained that as a novelty, Expo-Tattoo will debut the European model this year. It is an open model in which the public will be able to see a greater number of artists in the same room. In addition, he has highlighted that there will be artists who will make such complex tattoos that they will be developed over the three days that the event lasts.
ExpoTattoo will open to the public at 12 noon. All tattoos done during the day will participate in a competition in more than 12 different categories. Once the tattoo session is over, there will be musical performances on Friday and Saturday. As on the previous day, on Saturday 8th the exhibition and live tattoo day will be repeated, followed by a musical performance at 19:00, to end with the competition for the best tattoo of the day. The exhibition and tattoo day on Sunday 9th will end at 19:30 with the presentation of trophies to the winners of the 'Best Tattoo' among those created during the three days of the X ExpoTattoo Estepona.
The entrance fee will be €5, so that everyone who wants to can enjoy this tattoo convention, “a world that is less and less discriminated against and more and more on the rise”, while collaborating with AVOI. In addition, there will be a bar at popular prices.
