Buddhist conference by "guen keisang trime"
Buddhist teacher Guen Kelsang Trime will give a lecture entitled "Four Keys to Improving Your Relationships" at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center.
It will be on Tuesday, April 22, at 7:00 p.m., with free admission until capacity is reached.
Estepona City Council announces that Buddhist teacher Guen Kelsang Trime will be at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center next Tuesday, April 22, at 7:00 p.m., where she will give the free lecture "Four Keys to Improving Your Relationships."
An experienced teacher trained by Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, she will discuss several key points aimed at improving relationships. “When we feel accepted by others, we relax and our good qualities emerge. If we learn to accept others, the same thing will happen to them: their good qualities will emerge, and our relationships with them will improve,” she explains.
Gen Kelsang Trime is a resident teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Centre, KMC Spain, in Alhaurín el Grande. She discovered Kadampa Dharma in 1998 and has been a teacher since 2007.
