Estepona City Council announces that next Thursday, August 14th, at 9:00 pm, the family musical 'The Wonderful World of Oz' will be performed in the Children's Park. This is a heartwarming adventure about friendship and the value of our dreams, based on the children's novel "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" by Lyman Frank Baum. It combines impressive visual effects and a soundtrack that transports the audience to a magical world.
The Wonderful World of Oz tells the adventures of Dorothy, an orphan girl who lives with her uncles and is swept away by a cyclone to the magical world of Oz, where two witches live: a good one named Glinda, and an evil one named Elphada. Although they hate each other, they were once friends.
From there he can only get out by defeating the fearsome witch with the help of his new friends: a brainless scarecrow, a heartless tin man and a cowardly lion, who also have dreams to fulfill.
With them, he will go in search of the Wizard of Oz to help him return home, but it will not be easy and he will have to live adventures to achieve his goal.
