'Quantum' art exhibition by artist Marta Zaragoza at the Casa de Las Tejerinas
The exhibition can be visited from October 2 to 15, with free admission.
Estepona City Council announces that Room 1 of Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in Plaza de las Flores, will host the art exhibition "Cuántica" by artist Marta Zaragoza from October 2 to 15.
The new artistic proposal from the Madrid-based creator based in Manilva invites us to reflect on our relationship with the cosmos and the role of human beings in the fabric of the universe. “Through my vision of the essence of the human being connected to the energy of the universe, I channel this connection we have with the beyond, using symbols, codes, colors, and shapes to heal and elevate the vibration and consciousness of human beings. Art, science, and consciousness come together to open up a new paradigm,” says the artist.
The exhibition will be open to the public from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with free admission.
Marta Zaragoza Gómez was born in Madrid in 1974. She graduated in Fine Arts from the Complutense University, specializing in sculpture restoration. She later expanded her training with a master's degree in Conservation and Restoration of Architectural and Urban Heritage.
For over 28 years, he has worked in the restoration of cultural assets, contributing to the conservation of important monuments and works of art throughout Spain. He has participated in more than 50 projects, including the restoration of the cloister of Pamplona Cathedral, the sculptures of the Puerta de Alcalá in Madrid, and the conservation of valuable pieces in the Astorga Cathedral Museum, among others.
His experience covers a wide variety of disciplines, including the restoration of polychrome wood (altarpieces, sculptures, coffered ceilings, and alforjes), canvases, murals, plasterwork, portals, architectural monuments, and stone supports.
She has been closely linked to the world of collecting, influenced by the passion of her father, a member of the Royal Hispanic Academy of Philately and Postal History. Together, they have worked on the authentication, appraisal, and cataloging of more than 8,000 pieces (including postcards, paper, and documents), specializing in the history of the postcard.
In addition to his solid training in the field of restoration, his artistic side has always been present. He has participated in several group exhibitions and, in recent months, has had solo exhibitions at the Castillo de la Duquesa in Manilva and the Castillo de Guzmán el Bueno in Tarifa.
At the age of 18, she began following the path of meditation, a process that has allowed her to experience profound personal and spiritual growth. This internal evolution has permeated her art as a means of expression and transformation, becoming a channel through which she transcribes a language that channels and connects with the energy of the Universe.
