Jorge maccario's watercolor exhibition

The architect and watercolorist Jorge Maccario exhibits his paintings at the Casa de Las Tejerinas.

The exhibition will be on display from October 30 to November 12, with free access.

Estepona City Council announces that Room 1 of Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in Plaza de las Flores, will host an exhibition of watercolors by architect and watercolorist Jorge Maccario from October 30 to November 12.

The exhibition consists of 33 works and can be visited from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with free admission.

Jorge Alberto Maccario was born in 1955 in Argentina. He studied at the Carlos Morel School of Fine Arts in Quilmes as a child. He later studied architecture at the UNLP (National University of La Plata), graduating in 1982.

He worked in Argentina until 2001 and then in Spain, where he has lived ever since.

Her passion is painting watercolors. She exhibited at ESPACIOTRES in Málaga in 2013; in 2019, she participated in the exhibition dedicated to Las Meninas at the Málaga Medical Association; and in 2022, she participated with three small 20x20 cm paintings in another exhibition at the same venue.

Some of his works include 'Reflections in the Pond', 'Orange Trees', 'Elephant Graveyard', 'Stranded', 'Water Lilies', 'Port of Malaga', 'Las Meninas to Assemble' and 'Heras and Zeus'.
