Expo paintings by isabelle taieb nicolai
The painter and designer Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï, a member of the 'JAJA' artists' collective, is exhibiting her work at Casa Las Tejerinas.
The French artist will display her paintings until June 17, with free admission.
The Estepona City Council informs that the Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in the Plaza de las Flores, will host from May 28 to June 17, a new exhibition of paintings by Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï, a member of the artists' collective ''JAJA''.
'JAJA' is the name of a group formed by three artists: Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï (painter and designer), Natalie Kay (photographer), and Laurent Maruani (digital photographer). Originally French, they combined their artistic talents to create works that straddle Contemporary Art and Digital Art, blending photography, drawing, and painting.
Isabelle Taieb's acrylics on canvas and charcoal drawings illustrate a subtle balance between the figurative and the abstract, together forming vibrant paintings of energy and spirituality. She exquisitely translates the impermanence of life and the power of emotions into her works, creating an alchemy of colors that embody the poetry of her artistic vision. Emotion and intuition intertwine with the strength and lightness of color.
The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Friday, from 09:00 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, with free admission.
Isabel Taieb Nicolaï was born in Paris. She is a self-taught painter. She lets her painting reveal all her sensitivity and poetry. She paints her emotions, created by the alchemy of colors that form the skin of her paintings. “I repeat on the canvas the contrast between strength and lightness, expressing life and its impermanence by offering a space of energy, purity, and spirituality. I have no artistic background. I follow instinct, using my brush to draw inspiration from whatever strikes me in the moment. I let my heart and soul speak, and I never know where this canvas will lead me. Between figurative and abstract, I walk with the ideal: to be able to dream like a child,” the artist states.
